- To select the appropiate Soap Stamper or Soap Press, the following factors should be considered:
- 1.- Operating speed. The number of soap bars produce per minute.
- 2.- Soap bar shape. The desired shape or shapes to be stamped, whether with our without a side band, and whether rectangular, oval, round or irregular.
- 3.- Dimensions and weight. The size and weight of the soap bars you want to produce.

scrap rework system - Soap stamper
In the production of bandless soap bars (without a side band), it is important to consider that there will always be an excess of soap known as scrap. This material forms around the periphery of the dies as they close to shape the final bar and define its stamped weight.
The amount of scrap generated depends on the shape of the soap bar being produced — in some cases, it can be quite significant. However, this excess can be efficiently recovered through a Scrap Rework System, which should be taken into account during the project planning stage.
