The finishing line represents the final stage in the production of soap bars, where the initial mix is transformed into the finished product.

  • Mixing: Soap noodles are combined with other components, such as fragrances and colorants, to obtain a completely homogeneous mixture.
  • Refining and Extrusion: The mixture is refined and extruded to form a continuous, uniform, and compact soap bar.
  • Cutting and Stamping: Finally, the continuous soap bar is cut and stamped into the desired shape and size, resulting in soap bars ready for packaging.
