REFINING & EXTRUSION PROCESS
- The soap plodder is a key machine used to refining and extruding soap to produce soap bars.
- Soap refining is carried out using refining screens, the purpose of which is to obtain a homogeneous and uniform product, eliminating dry spots that are difficult to dissolve.
- Finally, the refined soap noodles are compacted and extruded through the nose cone (conical head), to form the final soap bar.
Reconditioning process - Soap plodders
