SOAP Plodder / Refiner/ Extruder

Plodders to refining and extrusion process - Soap finishing line

REFINING & EXTRUSION PROCESS

The soap plodder is a key machine used to refining and extruding soap to produce soap bars.
Soap refining is carried out using refining screens, the purpose of which is to obtain a homogeneous and uniform product, eliminating dry spots that are difficult to dissolve.
Finally, the refined soap noodles are compacted and extruded through the nose cone (conical head), to form the final soap bar.

Reconditioning process - Soap plodders

At IMJ Soap Machinery, every second-hand machine undergoes a complete reconditioning process before being delivered to our customers.
Our goal is to ensure each unit performs like new — both in efficiency and reliability. Our process includes:

  • Fully dismantling the equipment.
  • Inspecting and replacing all worn or damaged parts.
  • Installing new components such as motors, bearings, seals, belts, etc.
  • Testing and fine-tuning to guarantee optimal performance.

Below you can see examples of our reconditioning process, from the machine’s initial state to the final finish — a clear reflection of the quality, precision, and dedication we bring to every project.
