PACKAGING PROCESS
- At the end-of-line of a soap finishing line we find the packaging machines. There are three different types of machines: Wrappers, cartoners and bundlers.
- In our stock, you can fin soap wrapper machines which are designed to wrap stamped soap bar in different package styles. The wrapping can be accomplished in cellophane or paper, taken from a roll feed and/or precut sheet.
Reconditioning process - Soap wrapper machine
At IMJ Soap Machinery, every second-hand wrapper is fully reconditioned to ensure “like-new” performance. The process includes dismantling, inspecting and replacing worn parts, installing new components, and testing for optimal efficiency and reliability.

Soap wrapper range
Wrapper GD 4000 /S is ideal for wrapping hotel soaps (minimum thickness 10 mm) as well as rectangular toilet and laundry soaps with a perimeter band.
- Capacity: up to 80–90 soap bars per minute.
- Paper feed: heat-sealable, reel-fed (paper coil).
- Wrapping style: double-point with end folds (double-point end fold).
