- This step is essential as part of soap finishing line due to soap stampers have to be fed with individual pieces.
Reconditioning process - Soap cutters
At IMJ Soap Machinery, all our cutters are thoroughly reconditioned to offer the same performance and reliability as a new cutter.
During the process, we disassemble, inspect and replace the necessary components—such as the motor, bearings, belts and blades—and perform comprehensive functional tests before delivery.

Soap cutter range
There are two types of multiblade soap cutters available in our stock:
- TH CUTTER: Specially designed to cut small soap bars for the production of hotel type bars. The cutting length is adjusted manually by removing the multi-blade cutting chain and adjusting each link to the desired length.
- TV CUTTER: The cutting length is adjusted by means of a handwheel, which allows the cutting length to be set within a range.
