DOSING & MIXING PROCESS
- Soap Mixer mix soap noodles and flakes with all kind of liquid and solid ingredients, including synthetic materials.
- During the mixing process, two different actions take place:
- 1.- Preliminary mixing. The additives only coat the outer surface of the soap noodles.
- 2.-Intensive mixing. It is achieved when the soap noodles are broken up to expose more surface area, helping the ingredients to penetrate into the soap noodles.
Reconditioning process - Soap mixers
At IMJ Soap Machinery, we apply a standardized reconditioning protocol to all our second-hand mixers, guaranteeing performance and reliability levels comparable to those of new equipment. The process includes:
- Complete disassembly of the machine.
- Technical evaluation of all components.
- Replacement of key elements such as the motor, bearings, seals, and electrical panel.
- Assembly and commissioning with functional tests and precision adjustments.

Every soap mixer has been carefully reviewed by our staff, so all components are reviewed, replacing old ones.
